Sealed samples rule
Clarity, color, texture and hand-feel are judged against physical sealed samples under agreed light sources — screens and swatches are references only.

Tolerance on paper
Thickness and grammage tolerances are written into the order confirmation. What ships is what was agreed, in writing.

Video inspection before shipment
Finished goods are inspected on video with your spec sheet in hand. The 70% balance is paid only after you confirm.

Claims follow reports
Compliance and performance claims (REACH, RoHS, Prop 65, EN71-3, flame retardancy, cold crack, UV) are backed by test reports on file.
